Being Present

One thing that I have learnt in recovery is the art of being mindful and being present I’m having a few days off as my fatigue has been crippling. I intend on doing a lot of self-care. My writing is my creative outlet so I’ve taken myself out to brunch to do some research on a chapter I’m working on. I’m so happy with how the book is coming together now and I’m really enjoying the writing process.
