Weight Gain, Exercise and Mental Health

I’ve had a very sporty #nationalfitnessday last week I went to a pole lesson and then I did my first open water swim. It was a really bad anxiety day but I did it and I’m proud of myself.


The pole class be great for my body confidence as I embrace my curves. Whilst I am starting #myweightlossjourney I want to enjoy my fitness routine and I felt fabulous afterwards from the endorphins. I want to stay curvy but I would like to drop a lot of the medication induced weight gain and feel healthier.


Absolutely loved the feeling after the lesson and the swim so I’ll defo be doing it again!
